This policy covers this marketing website. The GridWork platform itself has its own terms and data protections, provided to customers during onboarding.

What we collect

• Beta and demo requests. If you submit a form on this site, we receive what you type: name, company, email address, and any optional details you choose to share (such as your role, company size, project types, or current software). Nothing is collected from the form until you press submit.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to operate and secure the site.

What we do with it

• Demo requests go to our team by email so we can reply to you. That's the whole purpose.
• We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
• We contact you about your request. We won't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. We use privacy-respecting page analytics (aggregate visit counts, no cookies, no cross-site tracking) that does not identify you personally.

Where data lives

We are a Canadian company and our platform stores customer data in Canadian regions. Demo-request emails are handled through our company mailbox, hosted with Microsoft.
