This policy covers this marketing website. The GridWork platform itself has its own terms and data protections, provided to customers during onboarding.

What we collect

• Demo requests. If you submit the demo form, we receive the name, company, email address and message you type. Nothing is collected from the form until you press submit.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to operate and secure the site.

What we do with it

• Demo requests go to our team by email so we can reply to you. That's the whole purpose.
• We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
• We contact you about your request. We won't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. If we enable privacy-respecting page analytics (aggregate visit counts), it will not identify you personally.

Where data lives

We are a Canadian company and our platform stores customer data in Canadian regions. Demo-request emails are handled through our company mailbox, hosted with Microsoft.
